Frequently asked questions
- Is this a completely separate payment processing system from Stripe?
No. We are integrated with Stripe and handle the payment processing through them. We instead offer a cheaper, easier way to integrate with them and view and edit your subscriptions.
- Can you process and track refunds?
Yes, we do process and track refunds. In fact, we record and track all of your transactions, both successful as well as any that are attempted but failed, providing you with more insight into your business.
- Is this really THAT much cheaper than Stripe?
Stripe charges a transactional fee rate of 0.5% on every subscription for them to manage. Our Free Account tier begins at 0.3% with the higher tier being 0.25% and 0.2%. Over time these savings will add up tremendously for your business.
- What payment methods do you accept?
All payments are handled through Stripe and so we accept the same.
- What about security?
As security is a high priority for us, we use AES256 for encryption and we do not store any individual Stripe payment instrument details.
- Do you store or track any of my customer's information?
No we do not but we do communicate with them. We do this with real time callbacks to your system when tenant info is required but their personal details are never stored.
